We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) Regular-priced, new merchandise within 2 weeks (14 days) of the shipping date, from our Abbotsford location. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged, Unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be in the original packaging with original sales receipt, and proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of 30% may apply to certain items after the 21 day time frame, if we approve the return.
All special orders (including limited edition pre-orders), sale and discounted items, undergarments, tights, hair nets and hair pins are final sale.
Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to a Gift Card.
*Custom or special orders will be a final sale if the product is not a regularly stocked item.
Items must be returned or mailed back to the Abbotsford store and shipping will be at the customers expense. 2546 Montrose Ave, Abbotsford, V2S 3T3
Sale items and discounted items are exempt and will be final sales.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Tights, intimate garments, hair products, wigs, makeup, costume accessories, Gift cards, deposits on costume rentals. These items cannot be returned.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or has been altered is ineligible for credit.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will be processed within 7-10 days.
Sale items are a final sale and cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Same sizes will be replaced for same sizes purchased. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jazzma@telus.net and send your item to: 2546 Montrose Ave Abbotsford, British Columbia CA V2S3T3.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
